By accessing or using the Raider Trading website, software, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Clicking "I agree," creating an account, or continuing to use the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raider Trading LLC ("Raider Trading," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Raider Trading provides software (the "Software") that automates keyboard-based order entry on TradeStation, based on rules and parameters the user configures themselves. The Software does not select which security to trade, does not decide when to begin trading, and does not determine position size or risk exposure. These are chosen by the user before each session. Once started, the Software executes a deterministic, pre-defined ruleset reacting to that specific security's own price and volatility data; it does not generate discretionary trade recommendations or evaluate whether a trade is advisable for any particular user.
Raider Trading LLC is a software technology provider. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or financial institution of any kind. We do not hold or custody client funds or securities, do not execute trades on our own authority, and do not provide investment advice. The Software's EasyLanguage indicators run inside your own, independently-held TradeStation brokerage account and place orders through it. Raider Trading LLC has no relationship with your broker, and your broker (not Raider Trading) is responsible for order execution, custody, and account statements.

By using this software, you acknowledge that you are doing so entirely at your own risk and discretion, that automated systems can malfunction or behave unexpectedly, that you may lose some or all of your invested capital, and that Raider Trading LLC assumes zero liability for any financial losses incurred. You accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.
You must register an account to access the Software. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Risk Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Your IP address and the timestamp of your agreement are recorded at registration for legal record-keeping purposes.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, Raider Trading grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
You agree not to:
Access to the Software requires a paid subscription. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you opt out of auto-renewal or cancel prior to the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Raider Trading reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Raider Trading may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Raider Trading, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the Software is immediately revoked.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. RAIDER TRADING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RAIDER TRADING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAIDER TRADING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT RAIDER TRADING WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RAIDER TRADING'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RAIDER TRADING IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raider Trading LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use of the Software with any live trading account; or (d) any actual or alleged infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by you.
Mandatory Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Location: Arbitration shall be conducted in New Jersey, United States.
Class Action Waiver. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings. All claims must be brought individually. There shall be no right or authority for any claims to be arbitrated or litigated on a class action basis.
Federal Arbitration Act: This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) and evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to systems.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Raider Trading reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
