By accessing or using the Raider Trading website, software, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Clicking "I agree," creating an account, or continuing to use the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raider Trading LLC ("Raider Trading," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Raider Trading provides an automated trade execution software tool (the "Software") that automates keyboard-based order entry on TradeStation. The Software is technically capable of executing trades on any TradeStation brokerage account — whether simulated or live — and is recommended for use in simulated environments. Raider Trading is not a brokerage, investment adviser, financial planner, or financial service provider of any kind.
Raider Trading is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities authority, and relies upon the "publisher's exclusion" from the definition of "investment adviser" as provided under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice.
Trading is risky and most day traders lose money. All content is to be considered hypothetical, selected after the fact to demonstrate our product, and should not be construed as financial advice. Decisions to buy, sell, hold, or trade in securities involve risk and are best made based on the advice of qualified financial professionals. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Raider Trading strongly recommends using this software exclusively in a simulated trading environment. Use of this software with live capital is not encouraged or recommended. Users who choose to connect the software to a live brokerage account do so entirely at their own risk, in their sole discretion, and against the recommendation of Raider Trading LLC. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your capital and that Raider Trading LLC assumes zero liability for any financial losses.
The Software is an execution tool that automates keyboard inputs on your local machine. It does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or trading recommendations. The Software does not act as your agent, broker, or fiduciary in any capacity. All trading decisions, including but not limited to stock selection, mode selection (long or short), risk level configuration, and the decision to start or stop the software, are made solely by you. Raider Trading LLC bears no responsibility for any trades executed by the Software, whether in simulated or live environments.
You acknowledge that automated trading systems can and will produce losing trades. Profitable results in one period do not guarantee profitable results in any future period. You further acknowledge that the Software may malfunction, execute orders incorrectly, fail to execute orders, or behave in unintended ways due to market conditions, platform issues, connectivity problems, or software bugs. Raider Trading LLC assumes zero liability for any such occurrences.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.
You must register an account to access the Software. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Risk Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Your IP address and the timestamp of your agreement are recorded at registration for legal record-keeping purposes.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, Raider Trading grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
You agree not to:
Access to the Software requires a paid subscription. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you opt out of auto-renewal or cancel prior to the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Raider Trading reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Raider Trading may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Raider Trading, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the Software is immediately revoked.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. RAIDER TRADING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RAIDER TRADING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAIDER TRADING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT RAIDER TRADING WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RAIDER TRADING'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RAIDER TRADING IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raider Trading LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use of the Software with any live trading account; or (d) any actual or alleged infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by you.
Mandatory Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Location: Arbitration shall be conducted in New Jersey, United States.
Class Action Waiver. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings. All claims must be brought individually. There shall be no right or authority for any claims to be arbitrated or litigated on a class action basis.
Federal Arbitration Act: This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) and evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to systems.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Raider Trading reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
