Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers
License and subscription data: License key, hardware ID (used for device binding), subscription status and dates
Usage data: Server logs including IP addresses, timestamps, and API request data for security and operational purposes

To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
To validate your software license
To maintain legal records of your agreement to our Terms

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe — payment processing
SendGrid — transactional email delivery
Railway — cloud hosting and database infrastructure
Law enforcement or legal authorities when required by law

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Agreement acceptance records (IP address, timestamp) are retained indefinitely for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Breach & Incident Response Limitation: In the event of a data security incident:

We will comply with applicable data breach notification laws
Notifications will be provided electronically when permitted by law
Providing notification does not constitute an admission of fault or liability
We are not liable for damages arising from security incidents beyond our reasonable control, including third-party cyberattacks, platform provider breaches, or criminal hacking activities

By using the Service, you acknowledge that internet transmission involves inherent cybersecurity risk and that absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies and browser local storage for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
