No Refund Policy

Raider Trading LLC has a strict no-refund policy. All fees paid for subscriptions, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Legal Basis: This no-refund policy is enforceable under federal and state law, including:

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guidelines – 16 CFR § 429.1: Refunds are not required unless expressly promised. We provide clear disclosure prior to purchase.
• Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) § 2-106: A completed sale of digital goods or services does not require refunds unless contractually promised.
• New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act: Refunds are not required absent fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct. We fully disclose refund terms before purchase.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the Software or its performance
• Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date
• Unused subscription time remaining after cancellation
• Technical issues on your end (hardware, operating system, brokerage compatibility)
• Changes in your trading strategy or interest
• Any financial outcomes, simulated or otherwise, associated with use of the Software

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. You will retain access to the Software until the end of your current paid billing period.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you opt out of auto-renewal or cancel prior to the renewal date. It is your sole responsibility to manage your renewal preferences before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. Failure to cancel or opt out prior to renewal does not entitle you to a refund of the renewed charge.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company in lieu of following this refund policy is a violation of these Terms. Raider Trading reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts associated with chargebacks and to dispute all such chargebacks.

Business Closure or Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that Raider Trading LLC ceases operations permanently or discontinues the Service, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription term.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk and waive any claims for refunds arising from business closure, service discontinuation, or changes to the Service.

Exceptional Circumstances

Raider Trading may, entirely at its sole discretion, issue credits or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances such as verified fraud, duplicate billing, or unauthorized charges. The existence of this provision does not create any obligation or precedent to issue refunds and does not modify the no-refund policy stated above.
