Raider Trading is a software technology platform. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or financial institution of any kind. We do not manage funds, execute trades on our own behalf, or provide custody services.
The Software automates keyboard-based order entry on TradeStation, based on rules and parameters you configure yourself. It does not select which security to trade, does not decide when to begin trading, and does not determine your position size or risk exposure. You choose all of these before each session. Once started, the Software executes a deterministic, pre-defined ruleset reacting to that security's own price and volatility data; it does not generate discretionary trade recommendations or evaluate whether a trade is advisable for you personally. It does not act as your agent, broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity.
Nothing provided by the Software or this website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, or other financial instrument. You choose the security, the mode (long or short), your risk parameters, and when to start and stop the Software. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. By using this software, you acknowledge that you are doing so entirely at your own risk and discretion, that automated trading systems can malfunction or behave unexpectedly, that you may lose some or all of your invested capital, and that Raider Trading LLC assumes zero liability for any financial losses incurred. Decisions to buy, sell, hold, or trade involve risk and are best made with the advice of a qualified financial professional.
The Software's EasyLanguage indicators run inside your own, independently-held TradeStation brokerage account and place orders through it. Raider Trading LLC has no relationship with your broker and is not responsible for your broker's execution quality, fees, order handling, account statements, or any other aspect of your brokerage relationship.
Raider Trading software can execute trades automatically without human intervention on any TradeStation account. You acknowledge that:

Raider Trading's dashboard software does not connect to TradeStation directly, and never has access to your TradeStation login credentials or account access. Instead, a pair of EasyLanguage indicators (installed by you, like any other TradeStation indicator) run natively inside your own TradeStation platform. These indicators use TradeStation's own, built-in tools to read position and order data and place orders, the same way any other TradeStation indicator or strategy does. The only connection between these indicators and the Raider Trading dashboard is a pair of small text files on your own computer: one that TradeStation writes and the dashboard reads, and one that the dashboard writes and TradeStation reads. No network connection, API call, or external data transfer is involved.
