Raider Trading is provided strictly for use with paper trading and simulated trading accounts only, for educational and entertainment purposes. Think of it as a sophisticated trading game or simulator — not a tool for trading real money. Under no circumstances should this software be used with a live brokerage account containing real capital.

Raider Trading does not encourage, endorse, or recommend using this software with real money under any circumstances. Any person who chooses to do so assumes all risk entirely on their own and in direct violation of these Terms.

Raider Trading LLC is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities regulator. Nothing contained in or produced by the Software constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, or other financial instrument.

All signals, actions, and outputs generated by the Software are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They should never be relied upon as the basis for any real investment decision.

Automated Trading Risks

Unlike manual trading education tools, Raider Trading software can execute simulated trades automatically without human intervention. You acknowledge that:

• Automated systems can malfunction, behave unexpectedly, or execute in unintended ways
• Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results in any environment
• Backtested or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not reflect real-world trading conditions
• Market conditions, liquidity, slippage, and other real-world factors not present in simulation can dramatically alter outcomes
• The software may generate signals or execute actions that would result in significant losses if applied to real capital

Simulated vs. Real Performance

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is made that any simulated account will achieve profits or results similar to those shown. Simulated results do not represent actual trading and do not account for commissions, fees, taxes, margin requirements, or liquidity constraints that exist in live markets.

Results displayed by or associated with the Software are simulated. They are not actual trading results and are not indicative of future performance.

Day Trading Risk Statistics

Available research suggests that the vast majority of day traders are not profitable over time:

• A 2014 study of 3.7 billion trades found that only 9.81% of day trading volume was generated by predictably profitable traders, constituting less than 3% of all day traders.
• A 2005 study of 1,146 brokerage accounts found that only 50% were profitable over a four-month period.
• A 2003 study found that only 35% of day traders were profitable and only 14% generated profits exceeding $10,000.

These statistics apply to experienced human traders making deliberate decisions. Automated systems carry additional and different risks.
