Raider Trading is an execution tool that automates keyboard inputs on your local machine based on proprietary indicator signals. It does not act as your agent, broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity. The Software does not make investment decisions on your behalf. All trading decisions, including stock selection, mode selection, risk level configuration, and the decision to activate or deactivate the software, are made solely by you, the user.
You acknowledge that you are directing the Software to execute trades according to parameters you have configured. The Software carries out mechanical execution of a predefined ruleset that you have chosen to activate. This is functionally equivalent to you manually pressing hotkeys on your keyboard in response to chart signals, automated for speed and consistency. Raider Trading LLC does not determine what you trade, when you trade, how much you risk, or whether you should trade at all.
You further acknowledge that automated trading systems can and will produce losing trades. The Software may malfunction, execute orders incorrectly, fail to execute orders, or behave in unintended ways due to market conditions, platform issues, connectivity problems, or software bugs. Raider Trading LLC assumes zero liability for any trades executed by the Software or any financial losses resulting from its use.
